Hiring: Mow Crew Leader

  • The Mow Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing crew productivity, keeping to the schedule, completing paperwork, and reporting the conditions of properties to the manager. Must be able to operate mowers, weed-eater, edger, blower, and truck and trailer. Must be able to read and write in English. Experienced and bilingual applicants are preferred.

Now Hiring: Landscape Construction Field Supervisor


Job description:

The Landscape Construction Field Supervisor will work directly with the Project Manager and the landscape construction crews to help coordinate high-end commercial and residential landscape, hardscape, and irrigation installations in the Vail Valley. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and will be a good representation of our company. A desirable applicant will have 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor, will possess knowledge of installation practices, have experience running heavy machinery, have good communication skills, and will be able to work well both independently and as a team. Bilingual applicants are highly valued.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  1. To meet with the Project Manager daily to review the schedule and convey any necessary information about a current or upcoming projects
  2. To oversee the production of multiple crews and projects
  3. To help review paperwork daily to ensure that all materials used and tasks performed are recorded properly
  4. To work alongside the construction crew when necessary


*  Valid Driver’s License

*  3 – 5 years of experience as a landscape supervisor

*  Must be knowledgeable about landscape installation practices

*  Must be able to read and write in English

*  The ability to multitask, prioritize, and assign duties to crews

*  A strong attention to detail

Pay is hourly DOE.

Flower Crew members needed for the 2017 summer season!


We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our flower crew! If you love working outside, you can’t beat working in the Vail Valley in the summertime!

Flower crew tasks include: planting flowers and shrubs, weeding, pruning, deadheading, raking, and other installation and maintenance practices. Plant and gardening knowledge is a plus, but we will train if not experienced. Must have a valid driver’s license.

This is a seasonal position staring in April and ending in November. Pay is hourly DOE.

Irrigation Startups


If you have not already had your irrigation system turned on, now is the time. Rainy season is over and it is going to get hot and dry. Don’t let your sod, trees and flowers suffer.

Call us if you need your irrigation system turned on and reviewed. Having your system reviewed will avoid any dry spots or too wet spots from poor head layout. Replacing any damaged lines or heads will prevent unwanted flooding as well.
